I assume you already found information on the wiki ([Nodjs] may be a
good starting point if you didn’t), As anything else, one needs all the
(build-)dependencies (and all their (build-)dependencies, and…), the
[Tasks] should help figuring out all of that.

From where I stand, that would be much appreciated, looks like gulp is
the new trend and an increasing number of stuff is using it.
