This is the same as #759949 and I'm sure the same patch will apply to the
jessie version. Note however that the sid package has a newer upstream
version than the jessie one and so jessie should be fixed via TPU.

In fact, when the NM service stops, nothing happens. Crash occurs when the
service is started after that.
