If my understanding is correct that this package is a plugin to gammaray
causing gamaray to have additional functionality when this package is
installed, then this package should declare Enhances: gammaray in
debian/control.

reportbug informs me that 0.22 is in experimental. I need 0.21 or
newer for pinot, however.
