digikam 5.6.0-4 can't be compiled with KDE Pim 17.12.2, it failes
because kcalcore was been refactored to use QDateTime instead of
KDateTime. Additionally, it does not find KDocTools, please add
libkf5doctools-dev to Build-Deps to resolve

till switching to vlc backend - my amarok is playing very well i i don't had
any issues in switching to other songs. So worksforme.

Hey,
I can reproduce the bug. Or actually think it is the same :)
If amarok is playing specific songs ( mp3, ogg,...) but only some are
problamatic. Happens after some hours. Than amarok hangs (no output) and I
can't switch to any other song. With the next newstart the song sometimes
works,
