saves value to ~/.xine/config   media.capture.save_dir:
Unfortunately kaffeine reads RecordDir=/video4/dvb/ from 
~/.kde/share/apps/kaffeine/dvbrc

So value of media.capture.save_dir: has no effect.

I sorry I don't have testing now.  Kaffeine in Ubuntu 10.04 does not
have this bug (it has many others).  So I assume this report is not
valid in testing.  

It is valid in stable and hopefully helps in setting save_dir.
