Same here.
I found a workaround though:
1) It appears I need to switch the GTK Styles and Fonts to Raleigh as
QtCurve will hang Iceweasel on exit and QT4 will segfault Evolution.
To bad Raleigh doesn't look as good, but at least will allow both
Iceweasel and Evolution to run.

This bug has been resolved by the latest Plasma-widget-networkmanagement
in unstable (0.1~svn1175124-1) with the latest network-manager in
testing (0.8.1-3).
It can be closed.
For me plasma-widget-networkmanagement 0.1~svn1175124-1 is working fine.
Tested with openvpn and vpnc. I think it should
Today network-manager got updated to 0.8.1-3.
I already had plasma-widget-networkmanagement 0.1~svn1175124-1 from
unstable installed in my otherwise 100% squeeze system.
Guess what, today openvpn works! Thanks, this is a first since kde4
broke knetworkmanager.
