[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#697621: digikam: Face tags

In version 5.1.0 selecting an entry in the dropdown menu, creating and
removing name/tag works as intended (nothing empty, frame is removed
immediately) and I do not get any other update issues when playing
around. As this bug is pretty old I mark it as fixed, feel free to
correct that if you still have a problem.

Hi,

When adding a face tag in the preview window, I have a few
issues:
- When the Show face tags option is selected, there are various
  updates that don't happen properly.  For instance when a new
  name is created it shows an empty tag. When the tag is removed,
  the square is still shown, ...  Those are all fixed when
  you select a different image, and then go back.
- When you select a name from the drop down box, nothing happens.
  As a result you have to type the full name all the time.
