* What led up to the situation? I am using Gnome. I started the quassel client. It connected to the configured default core. * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? Using the touchpad, I moved the mouse pointer around inside the quassel client window, without touching either touchpad button, and without tapping the touchpad. * What was the outcome of this action? Quassel behaves as if the left mouse button is held down. It will select rows of text in the chat history or channel list. This makes it impossible to correctly navigate the interface while using a touchpad. * What outcome did you expect instead? Since left mouse button is not pressed, I should be able to freely move the mouse pointer around inside the window, and Quassel should not take any action. I have not seen this issue in any other application.
