yes I tested to burn an 22GiB image on an BD-RE media. The media is not
accepted.
K3B only say's "Please insert an empty Blue-ray medium."
The Media info in K3B means by insert an fresh unpacked Verbatim 2x BD-RE 25GB
media:

If using calculation of md5 for search option I get errrormessages like

The real name of the file is /Geräte-Verwalten2.png.

I try to overwrite an used BD-RE with an debian bd iso image. If I try I get a
message I should insert an empty media in the bdr-drive.
I tried to use that overwriting is possible in principle by the following:

there is another problem if I use a clean fresh BD-RE:
After selecting the iso image and try to start the burn procedure:
K3B wants to format the BD-RE: ok that is possible and looks like good.
After that K3B needs an clean BD-RE again so
