Subject: rekonq: Rekonq pegs CPU, never opens
Package: rekonq
Version: 0.5.0-2
Severity: important

*** Please type your report below this line ***
Immediately after logging into KDE, I started an aptitude dist-upgrade;
Nepomuk was also running its update, and other start-up programs were
launching. Basically, the computer was busy. During this busy time, I
tried to launch Rekonq from the KMenu and it never launched (no window
opened). Now I cannot ever launch Rekonq (no windows ever open), but it
does peg one of my cores to 100% until I kill the process.

This has happened on a few machines now (where Rekonq doesn't ever open, but
I get 100% CPU use) but I didn't know how to reproduce. Now I think I know
how: try launching it while the computer is busy and Rekonq times out at
30sec (KDE on Debian default), and from then on Rekonq is useless for this
user account.

Reinstall doesn't fix this. I've removed everything that 'locate -i rekonq
|grep -i $username' returns but I still cannot launch Rekonq:

~$ rm /var/tmp/kdecache-user/thumbs/rekonqsourceforgenet.png
~$ rm -rf ~/.kde/share/apps/rekonq
~$ rm -rf ~/.kde/share/config/rekonqrc
