After updating to the latest packages, kpowersave cannot be started.
I could not find any error logs in /var/log/messages.
I am using Debian GNU/Linux Wheezy, kernel 2.6.39-2-486 with Gnome 2.30.2

kpowersave is no longer supported and shipped in wheezy.
Please use the power management solution provided by KDE 4.
