since I upgraded plasma-nm from 0.9.3.3-4 to 0.9.3.4-1, logging in to KDE is
significantly delayed:
The splash screen shows the first three icons, but after showing the blue
globe, it stops.
Only ~5-10sec later, logging in goes on. When the splash screen disappears,
there's a window

I can confirm this fix: After applying attached patch, the issue is solved.
