Programme Delivery The programme is structured to: draw on the contemporary practice in organisational learning and development, engage participants in highly practical and experiential learning activities. Participants are exposed to and gain ‘hands on?application of their learnings through group discussions, role plays and simulated activities, action planning, model the principles of organisational learning, action learning, and learning transfer.
