I didn't see this because I had LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, and there is a
Name[de] entry in the file. This file comes from the kbarcode package
and uses the deprecated type=MimeType stuff. It should probably be
removed from that package. I'm cloning this bug to kbarcode.
