my plan was to migrate all SVN repos at once.
Initial migration results are here [1]. I want at least Pino's feedback before
I push that to salsa. If you could review your repositories in that list, it
would be very nice.

Looks like the hook expects that ‘~’ is replaced with ‘_’, not with ‘-’.
This is also what DEP-14 suggests. I propose to fix pkgkde-vcs to change

- In Ubuntu, copyright file is much more complete than yours. I think
you should borrow some lines from there (but be careful, some parts of
it are wrong, like the last two lines).
- The dh_builddeb override is no longer needed.
