Not at all.

- kubuntu_11_fix_openwithdialog.diff
the changelog is not completely clear about its usage. Why was it done this 
way? Is the problem reported on bugzilla? Was David Faure notified about the 
problem? 

- kubuntu_51_launchpad_integration.diff
this patches is slightly incompatible with vanilla's KDE:
* the new items in the MenuId enum in khelpmenu.h should have higher IDs to 
avoid potential conflicts with potential new KDE items in it
* the new items in the StandardAction enum in kstandardaction.h change the 
value of the last item, and they should have higher IDs anyway.

As a general note: whenever you add new public stuff (functions, classes, etc) 
in public libraries because of patches, *please* do mark them as *only 
available in kubuntu*.
