In the OpenPGP Security section of the Mail & Newsgroup Account Settings
in IceDove there is an Advanced... button which shows a window where a
download URL for the OpenPGP key for an account can be downloaded from,
together with a checkbox for whether or not the OpenPGP key id should
be sent in the mail headers.
This button is missing in IceApe.
