Package: xul-ext-tabmixplus Version: 0.5.0.3-1 Severity: important Ah... unfortunately Mozilla did it again an breaks all kinds of plugins.
In FF55, with TM+ enabled, Ctrl+Q (i.e. closing FF) does not longer work. While this alone would be a nice feature (since Ctrl-Q is so close to Ctrl-W, and one often accidentally closes the whole FF, while just one tab) it also no longer possible to select File/Quit in the menu (simply nothing happens, when clicking it). So with many windows open, one cannot easily close FF anymore. Furhter, the session management feature of TM+ seems to be broken by FF55. When one kills FF (as one has to now, because of the above), it comes up with ancient crash sessions,... and if it doesn't do that it starts to duplicate windows (with all their tabs) and similar things. 0.5.0.4 (devel version) contains a lot of changelog entries related to FF5, so perhaps we could have that in experimental? Thanks mozilla. And non sarcastic thanks to the Debian-maintainers :-) Cheers, Chris. -- System Information: Debian Release: buster/sid APT prefers unstable-debug APT policy: (500, 'unstable-debug'), (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 4.11.0-2-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages xul-ext-tabmixplus depends on: ii firefox 55.0-2 ii iceweasel 100 xul-ext-tabmixplus recommends no packages. xul-ext-tabmixplus suggests no packages. -- no debconf information _______________________________________________ Pkg-mozext-maintainers mailing list Pkg-mozext-maintainers@lists.alioth.debian.org http://lists.alioth.debian.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pkg-mozext-maintainers
