Package: xul-ext-debianbuttons

I wrote a Greasemonkey script to allow me to easily load all the CVEs
mentioned on a page into new browser tabs. I have been thinking that I
should get this into Debian somehow and debianbuttons looks like the
right place for that.

If this patch were accepted and the above line were changed to the
below line and the regexes were adjusted to allow for the DSA variants
with spaces and with fewer numbers then I think bug #697
