Excellent idea -- since we won't be adding any more XUL packages.

I went ahead and created webext-team and added existing alioth admins as
project owners.  And gave you, Michael, what is hopefully enough access
to do what you need to do.

I pushed some changes to https-everywhere that I'd like to upload unless
someone objects. It's an update to the latest version and and update to a web
extension format that works with chromium and firefox and firefox-esr.

All the packages are still on alioth it seems. How about we create a
web-extension group on salsa and migrate the package over if and when they are,
well, web extensions?
