Hi!
Upstream has committed a patch for this, attached. I just tested that
it builds now on kfreebsd-amd64.

Description: Add revision 37570 from the 1.2 branch.
Fix build regression on FreeBSD
f, although that seems to have other issues now. I
think we're best using stream/vcd_read_libcdio.h anyway on kfreebsd.
Thanks!

Hi,
debian/rules runs configure with --enable-alsa-midi only on Linux.
Actually on kfreebsd-* and hurd it is necessary to do the opposite:
configure with --disable-alsa-midi,
it.
If `-msse` is not enabled, the code fails to build instead (as seen on
kfreebsd-i386) unless the attached patch is used.

to solve? AFAICS, it was correct to
begin with.
This is what I was really trying to influence. But its version tracking
may be broken:

seems to work, but I wonder if some of the tests for
__FreeBSD_kernel__ should more accurately be testing for !linux and
vice-versa.
This doesn't matter for GNU/kFreeBSD, but it could affect future
portability to another arch like like GNU/Hurd.
