I've almost finished the work on the ecasound2.2 package (there are still
some lintian warnings that needs to be fixed, probably some issues with
libecasound2.2-dev dependencies and copyright to be updated).
One of my main concern is actually the Python module (python-ecasound2.2).

For large compositions and for working with LinuxSampler, this is simply
the best midi sequencer there is atm. So it should hit Debian.
