Dear Maintainer,
I was trying to setup ia32-libs for running some proprietary software
which requires the 32 bit libraries.
On a `sudo aptitude install ia32-libs`, I receive this error:

suil package is still broken for gtk2 on qt4 UIs, because suil expect gtk2
dev libs to be preset on the system.
please add this to debian/rules configure:
--gtk2-lib-name="libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0"
so that suil works for someone without libgtk2.0-dev installed.
