Sorry it took two weeks, but I've now added a patch to git which should
work. The patch changes src.pro to use pkg-config to detect rtmidi.
This should add the needed -I flag.

No, there is no need for it. Unless you're doing no change rebuilds for arch:all
binaries which cannot be binNMUed yet.

I don't think a binNMU is appropriate here - at least at this stage. mpv needs a
sourceful upload removing that warning for good.
