Comments regarding lv2_1.0.0~dfsg2-1_amd64.changes

2012-05-04 Thread Alexander Reichle-Schmehl
Hi maintainer(s)!

Just a minor remakr: All the files in the waflib directory contain a
pointer to
http://waf.googlecode.com/git/docs/wafbook/single.html#_obtaining_the_waf_file.
However, that URL just gives a 404.

Best regards,
  Alexander

And just for the record: lame hasn't been left unattended in the NEW

Hi!

Regarding your package description... May I assume that TetraProc converts
the A-format signals from a tetrahedral Ambisonic microphone into B-format
signals ready for recording. [..] makes sense to those, who are familiar with
the topic? I have no idea, what it does (but am most likely also not in

Bug#580120: mediatomb: diff for NMU version 0.12.0~svn2018-6.1

2010-07-17 Thread Alexander Reichle-Schmehl
Hi!

* Mehdi Dogguy me...@dogguy.org [100716 18:04]:

I've prepared an NMU for mediatomb (versioned as 0.12.0~svn2018-6.1)
[..]
Could you publish the diff as well?

Sorry, it's attached.

Usually, I use nmudiff for that which attachs the patch (with mutt).
According to your mail's headers, you are also using mutt. I don't get why
it doesn't attach the patch then :/

I use it as well, but as the (fast) computer I use to compile my uploads
isn't allowed to sent mails, I use the output nmudiff created to copy
it over to my notebook. In this case I seem to have forgotten to copy
over the patch :( Sorry.

I think a nicer solution would be to ask the user via debconf if the UI
should be created, but didn't want to introduce this change via an NMU.

  Alexander

You are however much encouraged to apply the change directly to our git

 should have write access already.

Uhm... Sorry, I tried and failed. I haven't used git for packaging (or
anything else), yet. A debcheckout worked, and could apply and commit
my changes locally, however when I now try to git push my changes, I
get the following:

See you soon in New York, I hope,
