Package: mozilla-plugin-vlc
Version: 0.8.1.svn20050314-1
Severity: important

I created a simple demo page using some sample code that is included in the
docs on the vlc website. I'll add the file to a follow up email.

Before installing the plugin the sample page shows an area where the video is
to be played in and a few links below to control the video (play, pause, stop
and fullscreen). With the plugin installed the page crashes as soon as it is
opened.

I found another site with a demo page included[0], but that too crashes with
the plugin installed.

In both cases when I uninstall the plugin the pages display fine, albeit with
no video.

Package: mozilla-plugin-vlc
Version: 1.0.0-1

No feedback from submitter and a lot of the mozilla plugin problem
have been fixed in the 1.0.x branch (threading problem were the root
cause)

So I'm closing this bug with the first version of vlc 1.0.x i.e. vlc 1.0.0-1
