Debian Etch update daily on a laptop with a 2.6.18-3-686 kernel.
When i play a mkv file, i have some problems.
I can watch the file without any problems, but when i want to move in the
file sometimes vlc crash.
I try to debug it in a terminal :

Newer VLC versions include many fixes to MKV playback. Please retry with a
newer versions. If the bug still occurs, please provide a sample file so we
can forward the issue upstream. Otherwise, I will assume the issue is
fixed.
