Howdy there, It seems that dsp.alsa.device, mixer.alsa.device, and mixer.alsa.channel are all unset in the current install of cmus. After setting the latter to "Master" or "PCM" and the former two to "default", as the cmus man page indicates is the common value, everything works fine.
