Strange, probably the 'newer' libavutil49 library somehow remained in
the ld.so cache.

Technically, the report is valid, because the package dependencies
allowed the ffmpeg libraries to get 'out of sync'. This, however, has
been fixed in squeeze, and that's why I'm closing this bug. Also
cf. with #512844 and #512466.

I think your best option is to upgrade to squeeze.
