They all refer to Lesser GPL.

While at it, I suggest replace the note with this newest one used by FSF,
referring to their web address instead:

You should have received a copy of the GNU General Public License
along with this program.  If not, see http://www.gnu.org/licenses/.

Committed!

And while at it, leading X- in custom fields is discouraged.  I suggest
 using License-Comment: instead.

I like this, it's really less vague than the X-Comment form, anyway
DEP-5 suggests differently:

 ### Extra fields.

Extra fields can be added to any section. Their name starts by **`X-`**.

As usual, thanks for your excellent hints!

You are quoting the definition of Extra fields. I am referring to the
later discussion in the debian-project mailinglist.

Even when using r135 of DEP5 you can arguably avoid leading X- simply by
considering your fields not as extra ones but proposed ones (as
their format are not defined nor forbidden).

Fixing the FSF address is something lintian complains about. Debian
Policy, however, mandates copying licensing info _verbatim_.

Both is satisfied if treating where to get a copy of the license not as
a part of the license itself but rather an add-on note: Strip it from
the verbatim copying of license, and readd it in the Debian-specific
comment.

So all in all, it might (depending on the Lesse/Library mess) end up
with something like this:

License-Comment:
You should have received a copy of the GNU Library General Public
License along with this program. If not, see
 http://www.gnu.org/licenses/.
 .
On Debian systems, the complete text of the GNU Library General Public
License can be found in `/usr/share/common-licenses/LGPL-2'.
