    Refresh the policy
    
     * Allow installation of *.{cmxs,cma,cmo} and META in runtime packages
       (Closes: #500036)
     * More references to *.cmxs files
     * Less references to camlp4, camlp5 and labltk
     * Drop references to docbrowse and ocamlbrowser
     * Other minor changes
