[DRE-maint] Bug#609275: Removed package(s) from unstable

2011-01-08 Thread Debian FTP Masters
We believe that the bug you reported is now fixed; the following
package(s) have been removed from unstable:

libxtemplate-ruby |0.8.0-5 | all
libxtemplate-ruby1.8 |0.8.0-5 | source, alpha, amd64, armel, hppa,
hurd-i386, i386, ia64, kfreebsd-amd64, kfreebsd-i386, mips, mipsel, powerpc,
s390, sparc

--- Reason ---
ROM; Very low popcon usage, no real maintainer
--

Note that the package(s) have simply been removed from the tag
database and may (or may not) still be in the pool; this is not a bug.
The package(s) will be physically removed automatically when no suite
references them (and in the case of source, when no binary references
it). Please also remember that the changes have been done on the
master archive (ftp-master.debian.org) and will not propagate to any
mirrors (ftp.debian.org included) until the next cron.daily run at the
earliest.

Packages are usually not removed from testing by hand. Testing tracks
unstable and will automatically remove packages which were removed
from unstable when removing them from testing causes no dependency
problems. The release team can force a removal from testing if it is
really needed, please contact them if this should be the case.

Bugs which have been reported against this package are not automatically
removed from the Bug Tracking System. Please check all open bugs and
close them or re-assign them to another package if the removed package
was superseded by another one.

Thank you for reporting the bug, which will now be closed. If you
have further comments please address them to 609...@bugs.debian.org.

  * Switched to using cdbs/ruby-setup-rb.mk now that upstream build
system relies on setup.rb
  * Remove all patches, not necessary anymore, along with references to dpatch
  * Switch to format 3.0 (quilt)
  * Remove the -examples package: there is no need to split the examples
out of the documentation.
  * Bump debhelper compatibility to 7

[DRE-maint] libtioga-ruby override disparity

2011-01-24 Thread Debian FTP Masters
There are disparities between your recently accepted upload and the
override file for the following file(s):

tioga_1.13-2_all.deb: package says section is ruby, override says graphics.

Please note that a list of new sections were recently added to the
archive: cli-mono, database, debug, fonts, gnu-r, gnustep, haskell,
httpd, java, kernel, lisp, localization, ocaml, php, ruby, vcs, video,
xfce, zope. At this time a script was used to reclassify packages into
these sections. If this is the case, please only reply to this email if
the new section is inappropriate, otherwise please update your package
at the next upload.

Either the package or the override file is incorrect. If you think
the override is correct and the package wrong please fix the package
so that this disparity is fixed in the next upload. If you feel the
override is incorrect then please file a bug against ftp.debian.org and
explain why. Please INCLUDE the list of packages as seen above, or we
won't be able to deal with your request due to missing information.

Please make sure that the subject of the bug you file follows the
following format:

Subject: override: BINARY1:section/priority, [...], BINARYX:section/priority

Include the justification for the change in the body of the mail please.

[NB: this is an automatically generated mail; if you already filed a bug
and have not received a response yet, please ignore this mail. Your bug
needs to be processed by a human and will be in due course, but until
then the installer will send these automated mails; sorry.]

Compass plugin providing an elastic grid system
Susy is a semantic CSS framework, entirely native to Compass. Susy is
an elastic grid system that will never activate the side-scroll bar.
With Susy you can build quick, custom grids that respond to the needs
of the user without giving up design integrity. Susy sets your width
on the outer element (container), adds a max-width of 100% and builds
the rest of your grid in percentages. The philosophy and technique
are based on Natalie Downe's CSS Systems - which introduces
difficult math in the service of beautiful structure.
 .
Using simple mixins, columns can be created, suffixed, prefixed, and
nested easily - and always in flexible percentages.
Changes: compass-susy-plugin (0.8.1~20100924-2) unstable; urgency=low
 .
  * Fix install documentation files.
  * Fix registration of Sass library extension:
+ Install ruby code privately to compass (not public ruby module).
+ Stop (build-)dependending on ruby packages.
+ Drop note in long description about ruby library relation.
+ Rename binary package: Strip ruby version suffix.
+ Conflict with and replace compass-susy-plugin1.8.
  * Add patch 2001 to suppress superfluous registration of install
locations (we use default ones), superceeding earlier patch
adjusting those locations.

[DRE-maint] Bug#620640: Removed package(s) from unstable

2011-04-08 Thread Debian FTP Masters
We believe that the bug you reported is now fixed; the following
package(s) have been removed from unstable:

libbreakpoint-ruby |0.5.1-2 | source, all
libbreakpoint-ruby1.8 |0.5.1-2 | all

--- Reason ---
RoM; orphaned upstream, replaced by ruby-debug

We try to close Bugs which have been reported against this package
automatically. But please check all old bugs, if they where closed
correctly or should have been re-assign to another package.

Thank you for reporting the bug, which will now be closed. If you
have further comments please address them to 620...@bugs.debian.org.

The full log for this bug can be viewed at http://bugs.debian.org/620640

This message was generated automatically; if you believe that there is
a problem with it please contact the archive administrators by mailing
ftpmas...@debian.org.

says doc.
libjson-ruby1.8_1.5.1-1_all.deb: package says section is oldlibs, override says
ruby.
libjson-ruby_1.5.1-1_all.deb: package says section is oldlibs, override says

archive: cli-mono, database, debug, fonts, gnu-r, gnustep, haskell,
httpd, java, kernel, lisp, localization, ocaml, php, ruby, vcs, video,

the new section is inappropriate, otherwise please update your package
at the next upload.

[DRE-maint] ruby-globalhotkeys override disparity

2011-04-16 Thread Debian FTP Masters
There are disparities between your recently accepted upload and the
override file for the following file(s):

libglobalhotkeys-ruby1.8_0.3.2-2_all.deb: package says section is oldlibs,
override says ruby.
libglobalhotkeys-ruby_0.3.2-2_all.deb: package says section is oldlibs,
override says ruby.

[DRE-maint] ruby-net-ssh-multi override disparity

2011-04-16 Thread Debian FTP Masters
There are disparities between your recently accepted upload and the
override file for the following file(s):

libnet-ssh-multi-ruby1.8_1.1-1_all.deb: package says section is oldlibs,
override says ruby.
libnet-ssh-multi-ruby1.9.1_1.1-1_all.deb: package says section is oldlibs,
override says ruby.
libnet-ssh-multi-ruby_1.1-1_all.deb: package says section is oldlibs, override
says ruby.

Ruby test tools supporting TDD, BDD, mocking, and benchmarking
minitest provides a complete suite of testing facilities supporting
 TDD, BDD, mocking, and benchmarking.
 .
minitest/unit is a small and incredibly fast unit testing framework.
It provides a rich set of assertions to make your tests clean and
 readable.
 .
minitest/spec is a functionally complete spec engine. It hooks onto
minitest/unit and seamlessly bridges test assertions over to spec
 expectations.
 .
minitest/benchmark is an awesome way to assert the performance of your
algorithms in a repeatable manner. Now you can assert that your newb
co-worker doesn't replace your linear algorithm with an exponential
 one!
 .
minitest/mock by Steven Baker, is a beautifully tiny mock object
 framework.
 .
minitest/pride shows pride in testing and adds coloring to your test

minitest/unit is meant to have a clean implementation for language

Pagination for Rails
The will_paginate library provides a simple, yet powerful and

Pagination is just limiting the number of records displayed, showing
