regarding systemd: dhcp ips are not

After waking up from hibernation I expect the system to check
/var/lib/dhcp/dhclient.leases and renew ip if needed
It does not loses connection, since the old ip still works, but dhcp-dns server
doesnt know about the computer because it doesnt
