/var/lib/dhcp/dhclient.leases and renew ip if needed

It does not loses connection, since the old ip still works, but dhcp-dns server
doesnt know about the computer because it doesnt renew

This bug is misfiled. systemd is not involved with
/var/lib/dhcp/dhclient.leases
