stopped dnscrypt-proxy, unbound systemd services re-installed dnsmasq and base - i removed it because i dont use it day-to-day start hotspot network-manager window crash no hotspot dnsmasq is conflicting with unbound and dnscrypt-proxy is the only solution to disable unbound/dnscrypt-proxy
