I'm trying to change the Next Tab shortcut to Ctrl+Tab. Pressing
Ctrl+Tab after that however only produces a tab in the shell.

When I open a new tab or window the working directory is the same as in
the last active one. I think this is confusing. I would like the new
tab/window to always start with $HOME as the working directory. At least
it should be
