I just tried 4.4 beta2 and noted that mouse wheel events are no longer
passed to the wallpaper. Is this intentional or a bug? Notice that
this breaks the Mandelbrot wallpaper, as it makes the zooming
functionality much harder to discover (have to use MMB DD).
