FYI: when I exit plasma-desktop on openSuse 11.2, KDE 4.5
(kdebase4-workspace-4.4.82svn1133690-2.1.i586)
(e.g. via kquitapp plasma-desktop, which I did when trying to find a mem-leak
with valgrind),
