Personally I'd like to split this into: Feature Freeze1 Beta 1 Feature Freeze 2 Beta 2 with the first and second ones having different targets. i.e completely ignoring the screenlocker and just not have one for the first beta but instead spend that time making sure panel dragging works perfectly.
