as it appears, in the following versions of Now Dock the dock will try
to live outside plasmashell as a standalone separate executable. It will
still use all plasma technologies from frameworks etc. but there is an
issue with that design decision change as the plasma

checked at droparea sources, preventstealing is only used in drop events, no
mouse events, so all is fine :)

I have responded in the mailing list into the topic "Is it possible to add a
different panel implementation for plasma?" in order to justify more the design
decision taken. We can continue there if you want to.
I am not negative to reconsider and I am here to
please reconsider this.
