Summary says all, requesting a nice breeze sddm theme that do not utilize
userlists.

Several reasons for this, but the primary one being that currently, sddm
enumeration of users needed for userlists doesn't work well in enterprise
environments with many users or windows domains, freeipa, openldap, etc...

Plasma 5.5 included legacy systray icon support via xembedsniproxy only.  

No work has been done to implement ksystraycmd (yet)

This is a downstream fedora packaging bug (we were caught a little by surprise
that breeze-icons were separated, but that did not also include the cursors
