A big -1 from me. This is going to affect users with the most recent version
of Plasma, which means previous versions will still keep filing bugs against
Baloo. If anything, "frameworks-baloo" should be deleted. It's too late to
change the product name.

(imo) ok to fail silently, but for activity linking, it might be nice to
show
a warning message to the user.
Be careful here.
* Silently failing is not always a good idea
* Making file Indexing mandatory for statistics also seems a little bit
risky.
