Chris Holland (or zren) has written an applet that lists gitlab merge requests in a plasmoid.
It's /amazing/ https://store.kde.org/p/1381655/ Despite the name, it also shows pending merge requests which is quite useful. It's sort of like an RSS feed, but better. I would recommend it to all the plasma core maintainers. David
