What's confusing? There was a mistake that caused plasma-remotecontrollers to be included, it should not have been. Plasma 5.24.90 is now released https://kde.org/announcements/plasma/5/5.24.90 This adds plasma-remotecontroller, a non-GUI module to translate various input device events into keyboard and pointer events. It needs 1.7.0 of Plasma Wayland Protocols. It drops kwayland-server which has been incorporated into kwin.
