What is the benefit of this cleanup?
I receive 2-3 stalebug emails everyday, so I analyze them and take action
but now (like couple of weeks before) I just moved these mass stale bug
emails to a folder which will never be looked at.

First, I completely agree with Andrey.

This does not bring anything good if it is done as such mass change. I
used to look at the stale bug e-mails but with over 800 I just deleted
them all.

FYI - I triggered the update
FYI - I triggered the update for bugs before 2015 this morning and
Bugzilla still executes them. IIRC ~2400 bugs will be marked as stale
with this change.

I have *no way* to filter the mails with my mail provider, so I can only delete
*every* mail from bugzilla-dae...@eclipse.org, but this will also delete all
