I have been working on setting up some servers using Amazons Elastic Cloud Computing offering. If anyone is interested, I have created a base image that can be used as a starting point for anyone else wishing to run PLD as an Amazon Machine Image. The process of getting a new image up and running is a little bit painful and this might save you some hastle. I have posted a plubic AMI that runs TH.
