Package the file /usr/lib/libespeak.so.1 as %ghost ?

What part of

can be hidden in a shorthand macro?

Getting digests out of spec files into a different, automagically  
generated, location that is appended
to a spec file when building is likely a better approach than macros.  
Manually typing digests is annoying.
