Yup, that would be a better idea. I was thinking about %description

categories and tags, and than adding it to packages is going to take
 a lot of time anyway.

I don't really feel the idea of adding such information separatelly from
building process. Of course it isn't wise to rebuild some big package
just because of changes in summary, description or category, but in case
of our automation a lot of work may be required to do it other way than
 rebuilding the package.

Maybe something like Provides: SUPPORT_extension which could be even

Oh, it's an initramfs not initrd...

  With latest geninitrd from th-test:

Ok - so it seems to be initramfs. Good. Now the two other informations
please. One - does it crash on exec switch_root and I'd like to see Your
 root= parameter on kernel boot.

root=0303 (tried /dev/hda3 also) I'll check the rest tomorrow, I can barely
see the screen now :/

kdebase.spec and konqueror's sidebar

2006-12-02 Thread Łukasz Jernaś
First of all in kdebase.spec
Source13:
ftp://ftp.pld-linux.org/software/kde/%{name}-konqsidebartng-PLD-entries-0.1.tar.bz2
seems to no longer exist at the location mentioned above.
Second - it looks like it obsolete in distfiles also, because it lists an
entry for FTP Nest which AFAIK no longer exists.
Could someone recreate this archive remoing the entry for Nest, because I
don't have access to any reliable ftp/http source.
Maybe it would be a good idea to put it's entries into svn, so it would be
easy to add new interesting services...

I'd like to ask what is a proper name (maybe is some convection) for
 fusebase specs?

I would opt for fuse-module.spec, it would be easy to find them in poldek,
etc..

BTW how to let libtool using apps link to libpng properly? I have some
troubles updating tellico because of that and maybe some other apps will need
help also...
