One other followup concerning our new Wiki is as of commit 9480837 I
have replaced in our source tree all but historical references to our
old miscdebris wiki with the new SF wiki location.
I have also propagated those changes to our website.

One additional idea I decided to implement this morning was to tag all
pages (except the current 3 updated ones that have already been tagged
"2014") with the year of the last update of the page on the miscdebris site.
