Just letting you know that I've just checked and found a similar memory leak. I
was using example 19, but only because I had the code handy. I'm also using
wxWidgets on Windows with Visual Studio (2008 in my case).

For the record there are a lot of memory leaks on Linux with the wxwidgets
driver (using valgrind to check). I suspect that these are in the wxwidgets
library itself rather than plplot since they don't appear for other
drivers, but we should check.
